Overview

At Dynes Sports we take our clients’ privacy very seriously. As such, we have developed the following Privacy Policy to describe your privacy rights regarding Dynes Sports Management Inc.’s collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information. The following policy applies to the dynessports.com website and all related applications, services, and tools (“Sites and Services”) where this policy is referenced, regardless of how you access or use them. By using our Sites and Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal information as described therein.

Collection of personal information

The term “personal information” is used to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that individual. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymously or aggregated so that it can no longer be utilized, whether in combination with other information or otherwise, to identify a specific person.

Dynes Sports’ services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. Users should not submit information about children under the age of 18 unless you are the parent or guardian of that child or have the permission of the parent or guardian.

Use of your information

Dynes Sports stores client information for a minimum of seven years, after which we securely destroy any and all relevant information regarding you or your child’s participation within any of our leagues or services (this includes registration forms, waivers, codes of conduct etc.). Contact information such as phone numbers and/or email addresses are kept on secured servers in order to contact players/coaches regarding future participation in any leagues, tournaments or other services. Should you wish to have your information removed from our system for any reason (ex: removed from a mailing list) please contact us at info@dynessports.com.

Shared Use of Your Personal Information

Dynes Sports will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others except as described below. Dynes Sports will share personal information under the following circumstances:

  • If we are required by law or legal process to provide your information to law enforcement or a third party.
  • If we are involved in a business transfer (merger, acquisition, combination or sale of any or all of our assets), your information may be transferred.

Payment Collection

Dynes Sports uses third party payment card processing companies (ex: Shopify, PayPal etc.) to process payments in connection with the Sites and Services. These third parties have committed to Dynes Sports to process your payment card information in a secure manner. Your credit card information is processed and retained by these third parties and will not be passed on to Dynes Sports at any time; Dynes Sports does not store your payment card information in any way.

Advertising

Part of the Dynes Sports service model is based around revenue generated from third party advertisers. Periodically these advertisers will request information regarding our clients and the demographic we serve. Under no circumstances will we provide personal information that could identify a specific individual to outside parties (ex: name, address, phone number etc.). We will however provide these parties with aggregated data they can use to target specific audiences. Some examples of this may include (but are not limited to):

  • Number of adult males between the ages 21-35 participating in a certain league
  • Age ranges and number of participants in a specific tournament
  • Number of participants who participated in a specific program who also registered for another program

Minor’s Privacy

Dynes Sports will never knowingly attempt to collect information from children under the age of 18. Furthermore, we do not intend to target our services to children under these ages nor will we ever knowingly communicate with children under 18 without the consent of that child’s parent/guardian. Parents / guardians of children participating in Dynes Sports related services or activities are responsible for entering and managing their children’s personal information or authorizing a third party to do so on their behalf.
